Fabric announced on Wednesday that it will add hybrid AI – a combination of chatbot technology and physician-crafted clinical reasoning – to all of its care enablement solutions. The company says that the new tech will improve the patient experience, ensuring safer and more effective care.
"Fabric is building an environment that provides 24/7/365 access, on-demand support, and self-service through the integration of hybrid AI technology across its diverse solutions," said Nitin Manocha, senior industry analyst at Frost & Sullivan.
The company's slate of integrated care solutions include an AI-powered virtual assistant, patient engagement tools, a provider directory, telehealth services and workflow automation. With the integration of hybrid AI, Fabric says that its platform will improve operational efficiency by automating routine processes, assisting with clinical decision-making and delivering more personalised care to patients.
